It was great to be in a traditional family type hotel. However the hotel is a bit "tired" some light bulbs "out"and could do with being decorated and new bathrooms installed (leaking shower leaving floor puddles). The food in the hotel was excellent but sadly the coffee (very important to me) was very disappointing . I would also like to give a HUGE MENTION to the taxi transfer driver who picked me up from Napoli airport his name was SALVATORE from MANDALA TOURS. My flight was diverted to BARI AIRPORT due to a hurricane type storm and then we eventually flew back to Naples when weather improved. SALVATORE did his best to contact me by text and actually waited for me for in excess of over 3 hours at NAPOLI AIRPORT where I eventually arrived knackered and stressed. He was wonderful and I hope that you can pass on my HUGE THANK YOU to him and hope that you can let his employers know how wonderful and caring he is!

Our guide SATVA was wonderful! She was very enthusiastic about EVERYTHING and was very caring and attentive to all group members. She just "oozed" enthusiasm and went the extra mile for us in every way. Lovely, very likeable, inspiring and energetic. She couldn't do enough for us and I would recommend her to my own family! Keep her! She's GREAT :-)
I loved the Walk of the Gods on the last day.....spectacular scenery on a beautiful blue sky day!
The food is GREAT! I did a CAPRI day trip on our "free day" and also the "cruise" around the coves and bays of Capri,I would recommend you add that to the itinery? The boat trip in itself was wonderful and the cable car experience going up and down the mountain in Ana Capri was a wonderful thing to do! We also did Herculaneum on a rainy day and I actually enjoyed that more than Pompei!
